Sugary sweet ruffle collar sundress in light blue. This 80s style vintage dress has a flirty ruffled neckline creating a 6.5” ruffle sleeve. We love the ultra light blue cotton fabric with a tiny white floral design. Dress has a criss-cross back and an attached crinoline lining inside the skirt. Excellent condition. Marked Size 11, fits like a small. Double bust, waist, and hip for exact measurements. Fits model as shown.
